Anil Sathorn 12 is the newest serious luxury tower in the district and holds the best station proximity in Sathorn — BTS Saint Louis is literally at the door. It was Thailand’s first WELL Gold certified residence, and the spec (3 m ceilings, Schueco windows, Bosch kitchens) is genuine super-luxury.

  • Only 222 units with 110% parking — facilities and lifts stay uncrowded
  • Everything is in as-new condition

What the listings won’t tell you

  • Expensive entry — nothing below ~฿38k
  • Most 1-beds have no usable balcony (service balcony for AC condensers only)
  • Single-loaded corridors rely on artificial light
  • Surrounded by office towers and hotels — little street-level neighbourhood life on North Sathorn
  • Likely traffic noise on low road-facing floors (our location-based inference, not a tenant report)

Best for well-paid executives who want a brand-new, health-certified tower with the BTS at the door and will pay for it.
